I LOVE my Blendtec Blender! I really do. It grinds wheat, almonds, and any other kind of nuts or seeds. AMAZING. Anyway, It also spins so fast that it can heat drinks up with friction. So, I combined these wonderful features to make myself a healthy, warm and filling drink this morning.

Here are the ingredients:

2 T hemp seed
2 T chopped raw almonds
2 T wheat
2 T canned pumpkin (I have run out of all the pumpkin puree I froze last fall)
2 packets of Now's Stevia
1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
3 cups water.

Directions:

1. Place all the dry ingredients into the blender.
2. Secure lid (cover with a towel to keep the ground up particles from floating out)
3. Press the speed up button til it reaches 10 and let it run its course of 50 seconds
4. (PLUG YOUR EARS - it can get pretty loud)
5. Scrape the sides and loosen the mixture. Hemp and Almonds have enough oils to sort of clump it up a bit
6. Add 3 cups (24 oz) water
7. Secure lid
8. Press the Soups button and let it run its course, then press it again to really mix it good and warm it up to just the right drinking temp.

This drink is so good and frothy, I love it! It tastes just as yummy to me as an expensive frothy warm drink from Starbucks or some such place.

The best part is that I got a bit of all the good parts of food - pumpkin, almond, hemp seeds, and wheat.

If you don't have a Blendtec blender you can use a normal blender if the dry ingredients are already ground up. Just use hot water and put all the ingredients in - blending til it is all frothy.
